1 hour sessions 3x per week -$35 per
1 hour sessions 2x per week - $40 per
hybrid programs are available that include online workouts plus in person training.
3 workouts per week is highly encouraged to see change and improvement.
Best training option for you if:
You are relatively new to weight lifting or are not confident (yet),
Need form correction,
Would like to be taught new lifts that would be beneficial to you,
Have pain from imbalances and would like to correct this,
Want to start in a more private setting than a commercial gym,
Need accountability and weekly sessions
